This Congress style two blade folder from Joel measures 3 ¼” closed with the large blade measuring 2” and the smaller one measuring 1 ¾”. The handle features stunning antique Tortoise underlayed with gold foil and held in place with gold pins. The bolsters are nicely carved and there is a gold escutcheon on the show side. Overall a beautiful package at a great price.
