This beautiful latch release SA linerlock automatic asymmetrical dagger from Bill is just over 9 5/8” OAL with a 4” blade. The blade is Robert Eggerling 5 bar composite Paisley damascus, and the bolsters are Hank Knickmeyer and Todd Kinnikin’s Mosaic damascus. The scales are premium, fiery white MOP. The front and rear bolsters are carved, and the design extends into the pearl scales. The liners are blue anodized, fully fileworked titanium. The O-1 heat treated backspacer is very intricately carved, and has a Black Lip pearl inlay. The blade top is fileworked three quarters of the length. The latch release is sculpted and fileworked, and all screws and blade pivot are fileworked. “SAINDON” is stamped in a 14K gold bar inlaid at the rear of the spine, and an ivory blade stop and Bill’s signature “S” are on the inside. A really nice dagger from a great maker.
