This is one of just a very few art daggers Buster made with a fiber optic handle. This material is beautiful, it has an amazing glow to it. The knife measures 17 1/4" in OAL and has a 10 1/4" double hollow ground mirror polished blade. This piece exemplifies what Buster was best known for, the beautifully executed high art dagger. The fittings are all hot blued, there is a very generous amount of carving by Buster, and it features the flawless engraving and gold inlay work of his wife Julie. The sheath is leather and silver, and is also ornately engraved and gold inlayed. A gorgeous example of this late makers work, and a very good reason why Buster is sorely missed in the knife world.
